Christmas time is arriving at the Disneyland Resort November 12th. This is my favorite time of the year!

Disney Parks Blog has just posted some of their sneak peeks for the holiday season. Mickey and Minnie will have new outfits. General ticket holders will have to wait to see their new attire, but for Magic Key holders we will get a special opportunity to spot them early when they come for a visit in the Starcade experience. Don’t miss out! This ends Oct. 30th.

This year’s holiday collection theme is “Walt’s Holiday Lodge,” as you can see from Mickey and Minnie’s outfits. The holiday plushes being released are wearing the same outfit (so cute!)

Now for the pièce de résistance, the new holiday merch. Well, some of it

anyhow! I can’t wait to see what the rest is going to look like. Typically they will release holiday merchandise November 12th, but I am sure we may see some coming out after Halloween. Just keep your eyes peeled when you’re at the parks in case they do an early release!

Holiday time at Disneyland will run from November 12th, 2021 till Jan 9th, 2022. There has still been no announcement on the Candlelight Processional. We will keep our eyes out to see if they decide to have it this year since there will be reservations in place. There has also been no mention of the World of Color Season of Light  as well. Fireworks and the Christmas Parade will resume as normal (yay!).

Don’t forget on select days Disneyland will be closing early due to the Christmas Party “Merriest Nights.” Disneyland will be closing at 6pm on November 11th, November 16th, November 30th, December 7th, and December 9th.

Reminder: Masks must be worn indoors only and for ages 2 and up. You do not need a negative Covid test or Vaccination proof at this time.
